Candidate Sourcing

Many of our candidates contact us through personal recommendation. The active method we use to source candidates on behalf of clients is dependent on the level of responsibility. For senior assignments we use Executive Search (Headhunt) and Selection. For junior roles we use online advertising.

All candidates are invited to contact us first by telephone when we conduct a fifteen-minute interview to determine their suitability and before we invite them to our offices for a formal interview.

 

The Recruitment Process

All candidates are interviewed at length to establish ability, interest, consistency of performance and personality, before recommendation to a client. To ensure a high level of motivation, Regent Selection ensures candidates are thoroughly briefed prior to company interview on the client's recruitment requirement, organisational structure, products and career development strategy.

Curriculum Vitae are provided prior to interview. We will provide accurate data on each candidates market value and salary expectations and play a central role in negotiating a mutually acceptable salary and benefits package.
